On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community!
Seaspray is coastal community located in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL. Our community consists of sixty single-family homes that are located just a short walk to our private beach on the beautiful gulf coast. Miramar Beach is situated right next to Destin providing us with all the luxuries Destin has to offer.
Management and care of Seaspray is the responsibility of the Seaspray Homeowner's Association (the “SHOA”). A Board comprised of 5 elected directors manages the SHOA in accordance with its bylaws and state statutes. Residents can participate in the governance of SHOA by volunteering to run for a position on the Board of Directors or applying to serve on one (or more) committees that support the Board. These volunteers bring expertise to the operation from a wide range of career and volunteer experiences.

The Mission of the SHOA is to create a friendly, thriving and collaborative community by promoting the common interests of its residents to provide for the management and care of the community.
