WHO WE ARE

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to welcome you to the Seaspray community.

Seaspray is a welcoming coastal neighborhood in beautiful Miramar Beach, Florida, with the charm and character of a small coastal village. Nestled near the pristine Gulf of Mexico, our community includes sixty solid brick ranch-style homes along four well-maintained streets shaded by palm trees and accented by flowering shrubs and tropical fruit trees. Just a short walk from our private beach, residents can enjoy coffee at sunrise, a quiet stroll, a bike ride, a walk with the dog, or time at the community pool. Located near Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and the Sandestin Resort area, Seaspray offers a peaceful neighborhood setting with convenient access to the dining, shopping, recreation, and amenities that make this part of the Gulf Coast such a special place to call home.

The care and management of Seaspray are supported by the Seaspray Homeowners Association (“SHOA”). SHOA is governed by a Board of five elected directors, who work on behalf of the community in accordance with the association’s bylaws and applicable state statutes. We encourage residents to get involved, whether by volunteering to serve on the Board of Directors or by lending their time and talents to one of the committees that support the Board. Our community is strengthened by neighbors who share their time, experience, ideas, and energy to help keep Seaspray a thriving, collaborative, neighborly, and beautiful place to live

We hope you will quickly feel at home here and enjoy getting to know your neighbors. Whether you are a longtime resident, a part-time resident, or new to Seaspray, we invite you to stay connected, attend community meetings when possible, and share in the care and pride that make Seaspray such a special place to live.

Welcome home!
