If it is the intent of any Homeowner to make any changes to the items listed below, an Architectural Review Request Form and submit it by mail to P.O. Box 6516 Miramar Beach, Florida, 32550 ATTENTION: ARC or email to Monica Wakley (seasprayhoa.arc2@gmail.com).
Architectural Review Request Forms are available for download on the Seaspray website. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has 30 days to review and issue a decision. The ARC wishes to work with all Seaspray Homeowners for a successful completion of their project.
